My path to becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant began during one of the most emotional seasons of my life: new motherhood, deep loss, and the overwhelming reality of trying to support my family while running on very little rest.
After experiencing firsthand how transformative gentle sleep support could be, I felt called to help other families find the same clarity, stability, and peace in their everyday routines.

My Journey
01 - A Personal Turning Point
Becoming a mother in 2024 brought incredible joy and also deep loss. Within my son’s first year, both of my parents passed away while I was navigating new motherhood. Sleep became something we struggled to find, leaving us exhausted and unsure where to begin — until working with a sleep consultant changed everything and set me on a new path.
Experiencing the power of supportive sleep guidance sparked a deep curiosity and purpose. I pursued certification in pediatric sleep consulting so I could help other families move from overwhelm to confidence with realistic, compassionate support.
02 - A New Calling
Before becoming a sleep consultant, I worked as a recreational therapist supporting children, adults, and seniors. That background shapes how I guide families today, blending evidence-based strategies with empathy, structure, and encouragement.
