Whether you're navigating a regression, adjusting your schedule, or looking for reassurance, you'll have personalized guidance every step of the way.

Choose your Monday start date and complete your booking. Your support runs Monday through Friday, giving you a full week of personalized guidance.

Monday (Implementation Day)
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Extended Monday hours allow extra guidance as you begin implementing recommendations and navigate your first bedtime.
Tuesday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Messages may be sent at any time. Responses are provided throughout support hours. Messages received after hours will be answered during the next available support period.

This service is intended for sleep-related guidance, troubleshooting, and implementation support. It does not include comprehensive sleep plans, detailed sleep assessments, daily sleep log analysis, overnight or weekend support, or medical advice. Families requiring more in-depth support may be better suited for one of my comprehensive sleep packages.
